 We were street preaching at a farmers market when we saw this book, A Divine Revelation of Hell, by Mary K Baxter, so we tested it to God's word and found that is (in our biblical opinion) far from the truth for the reasons listed below. Note: not every word was read in this book but a general skimming of each page, which was very hard to bear as this book is not biblical, in our biblical opinion. • Incomplete gospel message that does not lead to eternal life. Mary mentions repentance and toward the end of the book mentions about being born again but lacks obedience and holiness. Based on Mary's unbiblical book and her life lived in rebellion to the word of God, her gospel was not one that will lead to eternal life. See the biblical gospel HERE. She claimed that Jesus came to her, took her soul from her, He took her to hell and she had visions of both hell and heaven, instructing her to write about it. This means she was claiming to be a prophetess with new revelation. Scripture teaches there is no new revelation as the book is sealed and... Hebrews 1:1-2 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; Read John 1, Christ is the Word, He came in the flesh, He left His word for us today, the Bible. Jesus is at the right hand of the Father, not holding hands with Mary. • She claimed that Jesus took her soul from her body and brought it into hell 30 or 40 nights which is not biblical. (She contradicts herself in her book saying 30 nights and also 40 nights.)  That should be enough to warn you about this heretical book and (late) false teacher Mary but we'll share more. • Mary lied and claimed that Satan was in hell tormenting people but we see Satan is not cast into the fire until Revelation 20: Revelation 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. God is the one over heaven and hell, not Satan. Matthew 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. • The finished word of God is what people need, not a worldly woman like Mary to falsely claim that Jesus took her to heaven and hell and to have her write about it. Luke 16:28-31 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead. Christ has risen from the dead and left us His word and truth, that's what we need. • Mary was a feminist woman claiming to be ordained as a minister when 1 Timothy 2, 1 Corinthians 14, Titus 1 and more teach that women are not to be pastors, leaders, teachers over men in the body.  • Mary was of the heretical Pentecostal man-made religion. • Mary was in rebellion against personal holiness for women, not covering her head, not biblically dressing and walking around in pride and vanity in the fashion of the world. • Mary taught a false pre-trib rapture in her book but Christ is coming at the last trump. • She claimed in her book that there's a queen of Satan in hell but that's not scriptural either. * She used the Lord to sell her unbiblical books, making mammon off Him. Go read about Jesus making a whip for the money changers in John 2. We don't need to share any more here as we've proven that Mary K. Baxter was a false prophetess / ordained minister (in our biblical opinion) and instead came as an angel of light. 2 Corinthians 11:13-14 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. [14] And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Avoid such false teachings and books that are outside of scripture. We hope she repented of her many sins before she died as Jesus said this: Luke 17:1-2 Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come! [2] It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.
