Greetings sister saints! We were out on the streets flying gospel signs today in a couple towns as we traveled closer to our destination for the weekend. I made a video and an audio to encourage you, you can find them HERE in the post. As we were traveling I took a picture of a sign... It had a phone number (which I covered) and brother Tupos text them. The responses he got were not of a godly person but they got the link to the gospel and a warning to repent. Not sure why the person who put that up hasn't adjusted the number if they changed it since then but the Lord knows all things and we just be faithful servants. Matthew 25:21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. As I'm working on this, sitting outside our van at a park, a woman walked over and asked if we wanted some rhubarb. We thanked her, I shared that I used to cook with it but in our camper van it's hard so we politely declined and she got a gospel card. 2 Timothy 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. Time to pack up and move to our parking spot soon so I'll let you go for today, Lord willing I'll be back tomorrow. Let us godly women be a glory to the Lord in all we do, shining our light for those who are watching. Love to you all, in Christ our King, Sister Aman Greetings sister saints! 1 Corinthians 4:5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God. I've been thinking about how everything will be revealed in the end, all the things done, thought and said in the dark will come into the light. Proverbs 15:3 The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good. Let us make sure we are fully in the light, the light fully filling us, with no part darkness. Luke 11:36 If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light. When we go in the streets, we record (audio / video) and sometimes people get upset and we ask them....what are you saying that God can't hear? (We edit out extreme personal issues etc.) If a person has life saving truth, why would they hide it in the dark and not want it proclaimed or used as edification for others? Something to think about. Luke 12:2 For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known. I also think about how we respond to situations that we encounter in our days and even if someone else can't see what's going on inside you, God can. I want whatever is in me to be able to be seen by others which means fast killing of flesh and redirection of focus to the Lord. Yep, we all stumble at times and yep, some will have more flesh to kill than others but the fighting in the battle is what counts. 2 Timothy 2:4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier. If we want to please Him who has chosen us to be His soldier, let us press on in the battle, casting everything into the light and marching on toward the kingdom of God. We had some travel today, heading to where we will be for the weekend, gospel cards went out, witnessing went on and good works done in the name of Christ for He is worthy. Lord willing we will be sign flying along the route tomorrow but let's see if we get the day. (We can look at tomorrow but we need to live in today.) I was in the tooth / oral care aisle looking at a few things, trying to figure out why there are so many different kinds but most of them all have the same ingredients, 🤔 when an older woman walked up. I shared that thought with her and she confirmed the same and ended up getting a gospel card with some encouragement to come out of the world and the modern church system. I've noticed there are times I give gospel cards out to cashiers and they look at the card, look at me, start saying something then just smile and take the card. I used to wonder if they were just being polite and would toss it when I walk away, but I don't worry about that any longer cuz they can easily say 'no thank you' but by taking it, maybe the Lord is pressing them to, I don't know. It's all up to Him and what He does with His Word going out because only He knows what's going on inside someone else, we don't. We just keep going forward and He deals with what's going on behind. 1 Corinthians 3:6-9 I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour. For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building. Speaking of what's behind, I've been pondering how it wasn't long ago I had more (potential) years of life ahead of me but now I think I most likely have more behind me than ahead. Time marches on so quickly and we will give an account of how we spend that time, how are you spending your time? I think of minutes like pennies, save a bunch and you have a lot of money, use a bunch of minutes and it adds up to hours or days or years...on what? 1 Peter 1:4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, I hope, for those of you sisters who are getting on in the years, dealing with the trappings of an older tent and troubled nights of rest, that you have a good one tonight but if not, the Lord will give you what you need tomorrow:-) Hold fast and love to you all, young and old, in the Lord. Sister Aman 🥀 Greetings sister saints 🥀 Psalm 5:11-12 But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee. For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield. I had a super busy day today but I did it all with joy in my heart, thankful for all the Lord has done. How about you? Did you preach the gospel to yourself, to strengthen you, lift up Christ and also have it so ingrained in you that you can speak it easily to those you encounter? Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice. 📖🕯📣📖🕯📣📖🕯📣📖🕯📣 I love how he says it not only once but twice to rejoice and puts in the word alway (we put an s behind our word but they both mean the same:). How terrible would it look to have followers of Christ, downtrodden and sulking. What sort of witness would that be? People would be like 'I want nothing to do with their God'. Instead, if we are joyful and rejoicing, full of strength to overcome and even more strength to help others overcome, what a great witness that would be! Titus 3:7-8 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men. I'm off to finish my night and be ready for tomorrow if we get it, and if we do I'll do my best to pop on here and send you some encouragement with joy and love and peace in it. In the meantime I share a cup of morning or afternoon coffee with you lol :-) Hold fast sister saints, we soon shall be with Him if we endure. Godly love to you all, Sister Aman |
