Bare Basics Before Bed Titus 2

Greetings and love to those who love the Lord!
I'm continuing on the Titus 2 audios to share some thoughts and encouragement in the areas of duties for godly women taking care of their homes and this one is called 'Bare Basics Before Bed'.  It's a simple thought but maybe it'll encourage some of you:-)

I'm thankful to be a godly woman, serving the Lord, doing what He created me (and sisters) to do, not being rebellious and causing all sorts of wickedness that I used to do.  I take great satisfaction in my duties as a godly woman and although I enjoy my role, I don't allow it to sweep me away from what's important...serving the Lord and being an encouragement to the body of Christ.  

Hebrews 12:28-29 
Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: [29] For our God is a consuming fire.

Brother Tupos had to do some work on the van and there was a shopping / strip mall not far away so as he went in to get his part from the store, I got ready to take a witness walk. I left this surprise for him....

I was gone when he got back to the van and as I was walking, I got a text with this....

Titus 2:4 
That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,

I did a verse by verse on Titus 2:3-5 that you can find HERE and in it, it says the women are to love their husbands, which means to be fond of and affectionate.  It can be easy to overlook such 'small' things, but they really mean a lot don't they?  I'll be working toward some audios pertaining to loving husbands and children after going through a few more on household duties.  

1 Thessalonians 4:11 
And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;

I hope, as you go about your duties, you're rejoicing in the Lord and being thankful for all He's done.  (Brother Tupos finished through Revelation chapter 4, you can find that HERE and on that page are many other verse by verse teachings with more to come, Lord willing.)
