Encouragement for Women
Psalm 33:18-22 Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy; To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine. Our soul waiteth for the Lord : he is our help and our shield. For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name.Let thy mercy, O Lord, be upon us, according as we hope in thee. Grace and peace to you all who are seeking the King of Kings! I'm sharing some edification with you in the form of a couple audios from brother Tupos and I while we were out on the streets. These will also be in our street preach update that we'll post in a couple weeks but I thought you might be edified by having them now. We were on a busy intersection flying gospel signs and brother Tupos made this audio. ![]()
We preached at a college commencement and I made an audio based from Ecclesiastes. ![]()
Below is what I read in the audio. Ecclesiastes 12:8-14 Vanity of vanities, saith the preacher; all is vanity. And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs. The preacher sought to find out acceptable words: and that which was written was upright, even words of truth. The words of the wise are as goads, and as nails fastened by the masters of assemblies, which are given from one shepherd. And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh. Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil. There's much work to be done for the kingdom of God and if satans workers can be diligent doing wicked works all the time, us saints should be even more diligent to do good works all the time, by the power of the Holy Spirit! These good works, for the kingdom, come in the form of sharing the gospel but ALSO in all the good works that godly women are to do and keeping yourselves unspotted from the world! Acts 9:36 Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did. That's a good example for godly women to follow! I want that known about me, 'full of good works', how about you!? I saw these the other day and thought about how that's a much better 'toy' for a little girl than most of the other things we see today. It's strange to see such things today when all that was available, years ago, were spoons and bowls but if that's what's being used today by mothers, there's no sin in a little girl having the same things, imitating good works. (Brother Tupos said that it would be the same as if a little boy had a plastic nail gun instead of a hammer:-) We saw a little girl carrying a baby doll the other day and it was refreshing to see that, considering most children are carrying a phone or some sort of movie / video game device. Speaking of how things have changed....that pencil and eraser that needed a brain behind it have been replaced by a computer and AI. The end times are getting closer. Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. Some good works going on in my little van home... I found a store we frequent, offers a small can of condensed chicken noodle soup for .68 cents and you add a can of water to it. It's got okay ingredients and I add veggies and chicken if I have it, making a perfect amount for brother Tupos and I. We've been eating a lot of apple / broccoli slaw salads lately too. I know Titus 2 women will appreciate that picture:-) I dug through it and was blessed with that box of Echinacea tea:-) I've gotten to know where certain stores put their clearance and when they mark items down. I love seeing all of God's produce creations, maybe you do too... And I keep seeing these in the stores.... Looks good but I can't eat much for dry beans so it would be too much for us but I share it because I'm not used to seeing such things where we're from and it's interesting to see the differences in all the cultures. Where we're at now, we hear various accents and several different languages being spoken and along with that comes the differences in mannerisms, foods and how people live. I think about how God scattered the people... Genesis 11:9 Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the Lord did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the Lord scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth. Today we have technology / AI, like I mentioned before, bringing all the languages together to be heard and understood by the opening of an app on your phone. But the saints of God are just strangers In a foreign land, doing our good works unto Him! 1 Peter 1:1 Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the strangers scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia, Today the strangers are scattered all over the world, shining their lights for the Lord! We've been in an area (big city) for a while now and soon to be heading down the road... We're just out here in the world, living our lives for the Lord, one day at a time. I hope you are too...being faithful in the day you've been given, giving it all back to Him. Matthew 25:21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. I shared a picture (on a previous post) of a new sign I'm flying with my current ones and thought you might appreciate seeing the making of it. Brother Tupos has a similar one. I was walking into a store for a witness walk and put out gospel cards when I stopped to talk to a bellringer woman who was taking a break. (They raise money for the unbiblical salvation army organization.) I asked her, as I gave her a gospel card, if she knows that Christmass is a lie (she reluctantly said yes) and has she read Revelation 21:14-15 about practicing one lie and being left outside the gates of heaven. (She didn't know that.) We had a good conversation and she seemed convicted in many points, saying she would be looking into those things. We were in that area for another hour or so and as we were leaving, we drove up by her and what was she doing? Being convicted and pondering the things of God? No. She was up and dancing while ringing the bells to get money for the bucket. I thought of this.... Matthew 13:22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful. As we went by, brother Tupos leaned out the window and told her to repent or she'll lose her soul. I hope she does but her fruit doesn't look good...the Lord knows the future thought and down the road we go. I'll leave us with this.... Colossians 1:10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Let us be fruitful in every good work unto Him!
Love to you all, seek the kingdom of God, do good godly women's works and go preach the GOSPEL to the lost. 🌷Sister Aman🌷 Comments are closed.
