Greetings to godly sister saints who love the Lord! Colossians 4:6 Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man. We want to know how to answer every man, not just the ones we want to talk to. That means we have to be ready to face mockers, sly people set on destruction, loving kind ones that love the Lord and all those in between. How do we do that? By being His true daughter, born of His spirit, walking in the Spirit, knowing His word and truth and being willing to die for it. He then gives us the power and knowledge to exercise it rightly with anyone that comes along. Exodus 4:12 Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say. Luke 12:12 For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say. The saints we know are living testimonies to those verses and the Lord giving us what to say in every situation. That can be the same for you.... 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. A woman I recently witnessed to mentioned that verse, not being studied or ready or diligent in the word and not knowing how to rightly divide it, put her under false teachers but the Lord was merciful and allowed her to see just enough of what was wrong to get her out. I encouraged her that she needs to know the truth because those who know the original can easily spot the counterfeit. In fact, later in the conversation she mentioned one word and I was able to pick up on the fact that she was misled by dispensationalism. John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. I have a bunch of random pics I took to share here and share thoughts along the way. We saw that painted on some rocks by Lake Michigan. I reminds me of the song 'Jesus loves me this I know', that the worldly churches teach young children so that when they grow up they still think that, even in sin, Jesus loves them but really, the wrath of God awaits them if they don't repent and become a child of God. through the biblical gospel, which you can find HERE. While you're there, test yourself HERE to a 10 pt test and also go HERE to see if you've been lied to. Matthew 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. We're out here warning as many neighbors as we can, to be not deceived by Satan, his false doctrines and distractions that give to the lust of the flesh. We've had a lot of travel and preaches lately so we're thankful for another rainy day to slow down:-) We really appreciate the slower pace of the smaller towns we go through and the different characteristics of them, seeing what the towns people focus on such as some towns are of lesser income and people are settled in on that, not striving for great mammon but more of a quieter life and then some are super fancy with rich people dedicating their lives to the rat race of business and success. It doesn't mean that the hearts of people are any different, from smaller towns to bigger cities because.... Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? The unregenerate heart does not love God and it's wicked, but, the washing of our sins through the blood of Christ can get us a new heart, in the Spirit, that battles the old wicked heart from rising up. We hope some of those thousands and thousands of people we come across every week, repent and come serve this glorious Savior! Below are some random pics from a couple places we stopped along our travels. To God be the glory for His totally amazing creation! I rinsed out a shirt at one park, not caring about all the little particles in the lake water. At another park, we went for a walk and saw all these little dead fish floating in the water and all along the shore. It made me think of this.... Matthew 22:14 For many are called, but few are chosen. ...and this... Matthew 7:13-14 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. The life of that fish was fleeting, just like ours is. We only have however long the Lord allows, for us to find the truth and follow after Him. Don't squander that time and be lost, swept up along the shore like these dead fish. We also took a walk out to a lighthouse, on a long, narrow concrete structure, making me think of how narrow the way really is, without any leeway from one side to the other. Lighthouses (were?...not sure if they are in use anymore with all the technology) a blessing to ships, saving them from crashing into the rocks, shallow water and shore. We sister saints are a blessing to the lost world, warning them of destruction to come and showing the way to truth. Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. We know most of the world won't like that light... Matthew 5:14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. But we shine it anyway, to the glory of God! We stopped at a garage sale... Brother Tupos found that for .50 cents and did this with it. He used it to hold our wash station cover on which will last longer than the rope that was being used before. Best of all, I gave the woman a gospel card and as we drove away, she was reading it. It always makes me smile to see people reading them or listening to the truth. We don't know what they do with it but the Lord does. After we do our works we keep going doing more and let Him deal with it all. I love rocks (and flowers too, and all sorts of other creation from the Lord) as I grew up by a quarry and always had a fondness and great appreciation for their construction. I used to sit for hours examining them and the crystals that were in it, pondering how God made it all. We saw this little camper and thought it was cute and could be practical and affordable for someone wanting a frugal life. (Old ones are cheap to find but some people refurbish them and spend a lot of there are places that make old looking ones that cost a fortune.) I'll share some various cooking / meals we had, thankful for simple nourishment. I did a recipe for waffle bread HERE if you're interested. Brother Tupos saved us money by changing the oil on the van instead of taking it in and during that time I was cooking things ahead for the next few days. (Utilize the best of the generator whenever we start it, doing many things at once:-) As we were traveling a few days ago, this big dragonfly flew in the window and smacked me on the cheek so hard it killed him. They sure are interesting creatures. (Thankfully my cheek was okay after a while:) I found that seltzer water helps me sometimes and was blessed to find quite a few at .19 cents each and best of all, the woman at the check out got the gospel! They use AI today to catch theives on the self checkout and when I had trouble ringing the seltzer water up, the woman said to ring one and a put the other in the bag. The AI monitor caught that and signaled her so she had to take care of it. Later in the day at another store, I was buying broccoli and AI thought (because it tipped over and moved while on the scale) that I did something wrong. The man that helped me, jokingly said that if people don't want to be on camera to not shop there. I smiled and gave him a gospel card, telling him that the Lord is over all and we're not fearful of all the technology coming. He agreed and thanked me. I've come to know the various aspects of different grocery stores so when we pass them, I can pop in, look to give out gospel cards and see what they have in specific areas. This time, yes the gospel went out, and I found these discount dried apricots and vitamin C packets. We have more preaches lined up this week into next weekend but let's see if we get the days and what really happens as it's the Lord's time and His will. The water on the flower looks so refreshing doesn't it? Let us refresh ourselves in the living water! John 4:13-14 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. I had to share this picture with you....the view outside our door at one of our parking spots. I always rejoice when we get a pretty view, living in parking lots, and this was extra nice because it was full of rocks:-) As I type this, the weather is clearing up for a bit so i'm going for a witness walk. I pray you all strive on sister soldier saints. Much love to you all, who love the Lord who first loved us.
