The following is documentation for our second internal investigation report regarding LCPD officers unlawful actions against us. See the link at the end of this post that documents the first case that included an unlawful arrest for trespass on city property that trampled our 1st amendment rights. I am requesting another internal investigation. NOTE: We had a previous unlawful arrest by LCPD and the links below update you with all charges dismissed by the DA! Glory to God. ______________________ Update May 2026 Via a public records request we have learned the following from LCPD police body cameras from other officers in the area that day. Note: Remember neither arresting officers had body cams working that day 1) One of the arresting officers sworn to uphold our rights called me a F- idiot and claimed they reasoned with me for 10 minutes but it was actually only 30-40 seconds as our video proves. 2) Another officer worked with a arresting officer to plot / plan how they could keep us from the sidewalk for our free speech that day in direct retaliation against us. 3) That officer told sister Aman this is a house of God, just go somewhere else but not here and he denied her and my request for the sidewalk as he trampled our free speech access. 4) We saw about 6 officers (besides the 2 arresting officers) all mulling around, some laughing and joking but sadly not one officer took actions or any words to protect our free speech that day. 5) It is obvious that their police investigator did not look at any of their body cameras or he ignored all the facts to cover up for them plotting against our rights to preach on the sidewalk. 6) The LCPD investigation said no police policies were broken that day. So we can assume defending a citizens 1st amendment right is not part of their police policy? How wicked and corrupt they are proving to be! On April 12, 2025 We were peacefully street preaching on public sidewalks and on a city street, outside at a loud car show, put in by a church in Lake Charles LA. (Sale street Baptist) We didn't use an amplifier and at no time set foot on their property. There was no yelling nor harassing anyone, just preaching truth. They called LCPD officers in and I addressed officer Ford who said we were not illegal doing what we were doing. See the first video that documents that conversation. Immediately afterwards in the audio, hear my peaceful preaching, a woman gets angry, comes up and addressed me loudly and then a young man crosses the street to talk to us calmly. Right after that you will hear LCPD officer Ford immediately detain us and ID us for breaking the law. He goes on to ask irrelevant questions and reads me a code that I didn't break. Then after a time, he eventually gives us our licences and says have a good day. When asked about volume of talking /preaching to be clear on the law, he tells me I must whisper? Whisper???? Other officers heard this and did and said nothing. The audio is the full conversation and the videos have most of it. See the pictures of our second police investigation request at the bottom of the post. *I want to know why we we were detained when we were just told we were legal to preach? *Why am I told I must whisper by law officers that I am to obey when no one else, including him, were whispering? *Why are we being targeted and harassed by LCPD unlawfully once again? I addressed officer Ford to see if we were perfectly legal (as he saw the street preaching going on when he arrived) and he said we were. The following audio is what took place immediately after I walked away from office Ford saying we were fine. Listen to my calm preaching and hear the entire conversation where officer Ford detains us, for what lawful reason?
