I happened to save one last cookbook from our homesteading days and wanted to store it here and share with you in PDF format.  (You can buy a hard copy online at various sources if you find it useful.)  I used to have a huge pantry on one of our homesteads with all sorts of dry goods, including dry butter, tomato powder, peanut butter powder etc and used this book a lot.  You can adjust the recipes for fresh items as well but maybe some will be a blessing to you. (It has a lot of pages so it might take a while to load for you.)
