We were in the area street preaching at Grandma's Marathon and this event was going on just down the road. We witnessed while we walked along the boardwalk going to this event and stood outside it, lifting up Christ crucified, warning people about the sin of being a hypocritical christian and being worldly. God was glorified on this day.
Standing at the gate, warning them about their plight.
Does anyone fear God?
Man gets angry about the warning of hell. Another man behind us stands up for freedom of speech and then when the angry man leaves, he thanks us and gets a gospel card.
Seeking the kingdom of righteousness, walking and preaching.
At the end of the preach, a young man got angry and brother Tupos tried to share truth with him none the less.
In the audio of the 6 young men below, you will hear a few swear words. A man about 30 years old (who claimed Christ) came up and we began talking. Then a group of 5 other younger men (in early 20's and one young woman who listened quietly) came up to talk and one of them showed evidence of having been drinking and was acting up. It started out with some mockery but it turned into a really good discussion of the gospel. We think all of them were blessed by it, especially Levi, the older one who looked on. We were thankful to meet these men and speak the gospel truth into their lives. The young man who was being a bit vulgar was not wearing his shirt but at the end got convicted, put it on and apologized to sister Aman for acting that way. Discussing the gospel and God's call to holiness seemed to change their mindset and they received it better than the church goers we encountered! They have our contact info and we are here to help them.
