Free Wood Siding for your Homestead

On the off grid homestead; we encourage people to find ways to be frugal and resourceful. Here is one such idea for siding your buildings for FREE.

1) I have a chainsaw mill to make lumber and you can see it run here:

2) I then used those boards to clap board side the end of our tiny house:

Cost about $10 in gas and oil. (3 to 4 hours time) The cost of the boards would have been $150 to $200 dollars.
