 The following is a testing that in my opinion biblically exposes Kerrigan for his false theology, ecumenicalism, poor discernment and worldliness. He has been emailed MANY times but hides in the dark about this testing. As he was being arrested (they were not taking away his first amendment, they were only asking him to leave private property) he told the police he would sue them! ( I myself have been arrested for preaching the gospel while standing in the street but not standing in the middle of someone's private property refusing to leave.) He should have left, looked into the private property issue and did more research on it. I have a question; how does getting arrested on private property (refusing to leave) fit with Paul saying: Follow peace with all men Heb 12;14 / Skelly looks really bad suing a neighbor as how is that.... Amazingly he never looks at or warns others about Asbury University. He encourages worldly patriotic holidays that endorse war and killing.  Kerrigan encourages people that it's okay to do idle, worldly things that are not of the kingdom of God.  Kerrigan sells the things of God for profit, like these political worldly tracts and other such things. In John 2 Jesus was angry for merchandising the Fathers truth.  He calls himself reverend (see the email address) when God alone is to be revered, per Psalms.  Kerrigan has a 'hidden' facebook page with 'so called' biblical churches. Why is this hidden and private and not open to anyone seeking truth. What is he hiding?  I've seen Kerrigan call himself transdenominational; meaning he unites with many denominations. He used to go and put on seminars at all kinds of unbiblical heretical denominations that he himself won't go and unite to (he started his own house church.)  He and his men go out street preaching and offer prayer? Where is this ever modeled or exampled in the New Testament for evangelism. It's a false way of man.  Kerrigan has shown over the years that he's a fleshly carnal man that can't control his eating habits. Does that make him unqualified to be a teacher / leader? Update: March 2021  Kerrrigan promotes Tozer as his favorite author. I heard Tozer say on a video that Heb 10:26 willful sin is NOT sin but unbelief as he made excuses for sin. It is a demonic violent video of a man threatening to kill and torturing an atheist to prove he is wrong. He uses a electric shocker and then brings out a blow torch. He is also a pastor at a Kentucky religious body called Refining Fire fellowship and he runs Pin Point evangelism. Note: 2019 ..... He has moved to Lagrange, Georgia. We heard of him many years ago and recently he was brought up to our attention via a man who contacted us about our teaching website at www.dontperish.com We feel it is important to now test Skelly and his ministry to see if he has all truth or if he is harboring error/sin? We will agree that we have some areas in common with him as he seems to see though some of man made religious false doctrines like calvinsim and Christmas but; he also has a lot of major sin and hypocrisy issues that need to be exposed for God's glory. *Most troubling is that Skelly has a troubling, incomplete gospel (he lacks holiness and obedience and calling people out of the world) as he clings to unbiblical organizations, and heretic men like Charles Finny. (He teaches about having a "relationship with Jesus" for salvation.) *Skelly unites with and he promotes false man made denominational religion by going to them and doing seminars/selling his books and tracts there. This is sinful and the act of a man who does NOT have good biblical discernment or full truth in God's Holy Word. ( Apostle Paul said separate from a brother who is just lazy! 2 Thessalonians 3) Or is the truth really that this is another man made doctrine you have chosen to cling to just to find favor (sell more stuff) to the unbiblical/carnal denominations of the nation? The following are other unbiblical issues we have found with Skelly that are taken directly from his websites: *He is linked to Christianbooks.com a unbiblical/ heretical ministry that sells materials like roman catholic and word of faith trash.  *He street preaches in a "sometimes" unbiblical manner / entertains mockers and this style; clearly does not model Paul or Jesus. *He has liked on FB a "Apostolic" prayer ministry called Ignited Prayer Center. *He sells things that are said to be God's truth. (books and tracts) (Jesus nor Paul sold God's truth) *He goes to vile places like the beach to preach then posts it on the internet with "biblically" naked people. This is shameful!  *He is linked to Logos software who sells MANY heretical materials like roman catholic and word of faith trash. *He links to Brit Williams of Consuming Fire / a unbiblical pentecostal who has people "running laps" around his religious building in unbiblical charismatic emotional out pours!  *He links to Jesse Morrel another unbiblical heretic street preacher who uses hype / at times stirring up fighting to promote his ministry to make money / Jesse does not work so lives off of others! *He promotes Mitch Metzter of the ecumenical YWAM ministry. *He promotes unbiblical musicians and instrumental music. *He allows himself to be called reverend (in a review section). *He quotes unbiblical men like Bill Bright / CC for Christ.  *He believes in revival and mentions in a good light, heretics like Charles Finney. * He forwards Michael Browns tweets...he is a unbiblical man!  *He believes in alter calls. *He makes tracts that he sells for money that promote his website! *He promotes ecumenical Gospel for Asia / Voice of the Martyrs and they are heretics! *He promotes books by so called Christian rap artists (DC talk). *He is seen on the internet asking for money to go to Israel. (Paul labored to not burden anyone Mr Skelly.) These are the troubling points we found about Kerrigan and we did offer them to him for reasoning via email but we did not hear from him as of Sept 26th 2016? We also use this 10 point biblical test to see if bodies are in truth or not and that test is found HERE. While he may have some of the 10 points correct, we can see areas that he lacks in also and so we lovingly point them out here: 1) We are not sure what he practices each week ( I see him standing up at a "pulpit" in his fellowship) in his body but he makes it clear: he does not find "the leaving of the true NT church ways/model" to be sinful as he himself unites with man made false denominational religion calling most things.... NON essential issues. That is a lie!!! 2) Skelly calls himself "transdenominational". That is code talk for sin/compromise and false unity in this "trans" perverted world we live. Shame on you Mr Skelly as God's Word does not teach that at all! 3) By his own words he does not seem to call people out of the carnal culture via sports. His facebook posts seem to say they (the NFL) are acceptable for the believer..... ) How do we take every thought captive for Christ ( 2 Cor 10.5 ) as we watch the vile NFL Mr Skelly?   4) While he teaches a very small standard of dress and head covering but from pictures we see their women members are not biblically dressed/ they are adorned / not biblically head covered; per the Word. Skelly claims it is up to a woman to decide to head cover or not. The Apostle Paul says it is SHAMEFUL for her to pray uncovered. 1 Cor 11 (we will go with Apostle Paul... and not the compromised transdenominational Skelly) He does not teach biblical dress for men (tunics) either. We pray he sees them and repents of it all for God's glory. We are happy to help him in that. Until then he is to be rebuked then avoided for protection of the true New Testament body and one's holiness before God.
