Sharing God's amazing food and flower creations with you. Let us rejoice in Him for all He has done. Greetings sister saints who love and serve the Lord! I've shared before that when we were on the homestead I used to garden and grow a lot of our foods. We also used to go to produce auctions and get huge piles of other produce (that didn't grow well in sandy soil for us) and then I'd put it all up for winter. (Buying large amounts at the auctions allows you to get phenomenally good deals.) When we decided to leave all that behind, I wondered how I would provide healthy and affordable foods for us in van life since I would be having to buy them all but I trusted that God would make a way, and He has. With some Titus 2 effort and being diligent, we always have healthy and super affordable foods of which I'm so thankful the Lord provides. Today we drove through a small town and stopped at a produce stand and were blessed with some amazing deals on some healthy foods. I thought I'd share a few pics with you sisters because I know you will appreciate them. While I was looking at the produce, brother Tupos was talking and witnessing to the man who owns the stand. I also gave gospel cards to the two women inside and thanked them for letting me take pictures. This is what I harvested for $7. (Missing a couple plums that got eaten before the picture lol and that's about 5 lbs of sweet potatoes, those are huge, so are the tomatoes but the picture doesn't show it really. lol) I'm thankful the Lord allows us to share His precious truth, which is worth more than fruits and vegetables and finding good deals on them. I hope seeds were planted in the people who received the cards today and we go on our way, leaving trails of gospel cards / seeds / truth / love along the way. The Lord will do what He does with it all. Rejoice in the Lord and all He has done. Sister Aman Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations. Psalm 100:1-5 |
