Zucchini Carrot Soup (for one)

Here's one of the soups I like to eat and thought maybe you might be interested in how to do it yourself.  I like single serve and there aren't many recipes out there for that so I create my own.  

Note:. After saying that my little processor wouldn't chop raw veggies, I tried it and it does so I'll be chiopping then before cooking, to save time.
