Greetings sister saints. Let us lift up the Lord in our days, praising Him for all He has done! And that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy; as it is written, For this cause I will confess to thee among the Gentiles, and sing unto thy name. And again he saith, Rejoice, ye Gentiles, with his people. And again, Praise the Lord, all ye Gentiles; and laud him, all ye people. Romans 15:9-11 I read this yesterday... Lord, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty: neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me. Psalm 131:1 I want to always examine myself so I can say that and I want that for you too. Haughty is similar to proud.... The Lord shall cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that speaketh proud things: Psalm 12:3 Though the Lord be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off. Psalm 138:6 An high look, and a proud heart, and the plowing of the wicked, is sin. Proverbs 21:4 For the day of the Lord of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low: Isaiah 2:12 ....of which we don't want to be. Go do a word search on proud and pride and see what God thinks of that. We can, however, be strong and bold on the word of God, standing with confidence in what we see in the scriptures and not wavering. Dying for what we believe.... Christ is the truth which we would die for. He's the word which we would die for. How can we not stand boldly and confidently on His truth and yes, people will think you're proud because of it but they don't have discernment to understand the things of God. But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 1 Corinthians 2:14 Those born of the Spirit (see the gospel HERE) can discern the truth of God's word and rightly divide it, live it and preach it. As I type this, I'm sitting on a picnic table, with a pretty view and birds singing....at a campground. $5 for a quiet, peaceful evening. Here's a glimpse, we'll have a post soon. We're headed toward some bigger cities for the weekend and had some ideas for preaches but it looks like it might be rain from Friday through Sunday with thunderstorms within....so let's see what happens. The Lord knows and we'll keep doing what we do each day for Him just as I know you all will, in the lives He has for you. For the body is not one member, but many. If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? And if the ear shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling? But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him. 1 Corinthians 12:14-18 Let us rejoice in the calling the Lord has for us, redeeming our days for Him. I hope you have a joyous evening sisters. The Lord be magnified in our lives as we live for Him. Hold Fast! Endure! Stand! Rejoice! Love to you all, 🌹Sister Aman🌹 📖 Greetings sister saints🕯 I hope your day went well yesterday and going the same today! I didn't get on here last night because we were super busy and I have a lot of different ministry and earthly things to keep up on and sometimes more than others but know that the love of Christ in me, is there for you, even if I can't share it sometimes:) I'm here today to encourage you though! I've been pondering how great our creator God is compared to man and how great man thinks he is to God. And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. And the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. Genesis 6:5-7 How frightening to have our creator looking at mankind wanting to destroy him, but is the danger of destruction gone? No... It's still there for those who die in their sinful rebellion against Him. In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power 2 Thessalonians 1:8-9 I don't understand how people (the created) can't fear such an awesome God (the Creator) who is coming back to destroy all that isn't His and in rebellion against Him. There are 2 words in Romans 1 that should strike tremendous fear in us! (There are more but I'm aiming at this....) For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are WITHOUT EXCUSE Romans 1:20 We have NO EXCUSE in just Romans 1, what about all the rest of God's Word!? The flesh of man lifts himself up to a higher position than the humble, lowly created being we should be, bringing condemnation unto ourselves as there are to be no other god's before God himself and by lifting ourselves, we become our own god and idol before Him. He's going to put all things right in our end and the end so let us sisters walk in a manner pleasing unto Him. HERE is a post that will help godly women be pleasing to Him. It's one I did years ago on my old sisters blog and carried it over here. For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Colossians 1:9-10 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Romans 12:1-2 Let us walk in His will and ways, not the ways of our flesh that lead us to destruction that we were talking about earlier. Proverbs 31 / Titus 2 time. I've been pondering Titus 2 and Proverbs 31 and how they both compliment one another. Titus 2 alone is good but Proverbs 31:10+ gives a LOT more detail on how godly women are to conduct themselves in their lives. We godly woman have a nice assortment of responsibilities in our days, ones we should be thankful to be doing unto the Lord and not unto ourselves and living under the rule of Satan any longer. Speaking of, we had more travels today and one of my jobs is to map the route, finding places to stay and while doing so, I look for discount stores and sales as we travel. Today we stopped at a dent and bent store and of course there was witnessing and we found some awesome deals. You can listen HERE to our daily audio we did about all the Anabaptists (and others) that heard the truth as we went about our day.... if you want. We got to our parking spot for the night and brother Tupos got gas and I walked to the store for a witness walk and text me.... Lol, he worked hard to get us a level parking spot!!!!! That's a super awesome gift in van life to be able to sleep flat :) We have more travel tomorrow, Lord willing, working our way northward, lets see if we get the day. The Lord be glorified in all we do and I hope you are thinking the same thing, keeping Him first and foremost in your life. Hold fast and seek the kingdom of God! Love to you all, in Christ, Sister Aman Greetings sister saints who I love in the Lord! Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen. Ephesians 6:23-24 We woke up this morning and it's one of those mornings you could use another hour of rest (especially getting older) but you know what? The Lord ALWAYS gives us what we need and we got up and went out to love our Baptist neighbors by preaching the gospel and warning them about the wrath of God to come if they don't repent. You can see that post HERE. Therefore disputed he in the synagogue with the Jews, and with the devout persons, and in the market daily with them that met with him. Acts 17:17 Yep, contrary to what most people say like: "I'm not going to argue" or "can't we all just get along", the apostles and our brethren (and sisters too) died standing for and defending the faith. Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Christ Jesus: [4] Who have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles. Romans 16:3-4 How is it you can lay down your neck if you're not preaching, sharing or defending the gospel? How about this one... And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life. Philippians 4:3 Women laboured in the gospel with Paul. That doesn't mean they were just doing the cooking and cleaning for him, they were laboring alongside him in the gospel as were others. We all have our calling from God, some of us sisters are out on the streets preaching the gospel a lot and some are at home taking care of others with less opportunities but ALL godly women are to share it. Satan would like nothing better than to shut the mouths of women so that they don't preach the gospel, defend it or share the love and Truth of Christ with our neighbors...don't be that woman. We ALL need to know how to share that precious life giving gospel with anyone, otherwise we don't love our neighbor. See the gospel HERE. And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! Romans 10:15 We got an email from a young man we met 2 years ago and spent some time with before he went back into the world and is now looking to come out of the world and follow the Lord....but let's see if he's willing to endure this time. Endurance....that's the key. One day at a time we endure and overcome by the power of the Lord. Are you enduring or are you giving in to the flesh and the wide road? But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. Matthew 24:13 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? 1 John 5:4-5 I'm going to do my best, as an older godly woman, to be an example to you of endurance and hope it's a help to you. Hold fast and praise the Lord for all things. Love to you all, in Christ, Sister Aman Greetings sister saints who have laid down their life for the Lord! Thus saith God the Lord, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein Isaiah 42:5 I love that scripture because it shows the greatness of God....well there's so many that do but that one too:) Let us be thankful to be a partaker of His divine nature through Christ. According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. 2 Peter 1:3-4 The first part of my day was quieter and slower, with a lot of reflection and refocus. The rest of it was spent with brother Tupos outside of a Roman Catholic church that had a men's conference and mass. (You can see them under our street preaching page HERE.) How was your day and did you redeem it for the Lord? Let's see if we get tomorrow to serve Him, keep your eyes focused on things above, not of the earth and the corruptible. Hold fast sister saints. Much love to you, in Christ, Sister Aman A quiet walk... Greetings sisters who follow the Lord! I thought I'd encourage us with some scriptures on thunder.
Like I said on the audio, it's pretty amazing to think about, the thunder we hear is probably nothing compared to the sound He can make! I don't understand why people don't fear such a Creator who is above all. From about 12 years old (before that but really increasing at that age) I had a great fear of God because I knew He knew everything I ever did that I shouldn't have, and I couldn't erase it, and no matter what I did, I couldn't stop and be sinless. I'm sooooo thankful that He offers wicked mankind the opportunity to repent and is so merciful to give us His Holy Spirit if we're willing to follow Him and obey. (See the biblical gospel HERE.) It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, Because his compassions fail not. Lamentation 3:22 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. Titus 2:11-14 I've been pondering 'testimonies' a lot lately. Last night brother Tupos talked to a man (who we met while standing outside a worldly religious event calling them out) and when asked when he was born again there was a long silence and he said he 'thinks' he was born again around the age of 20. Sisters, if you're born again, you know it Amen? It's the most glorious thing that can happen to mankind and nobody will convince me that the God of the universe would make such an awesome event, so vague or confusing. I know Jesus said the Holy Spirit is like the wind and we don't know where it goes and we don't understand how BUT if you're in darkness and you get the light of Christ, how can you not know it???????? 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. Something to think about and I'll be pondering and bring this topic up again and again if the Lord gives me more days. We're thankful for safe travels to the town we will be in for a preach tomorrow, Lord willing, let's see how it goes. In between now and then, we will continue to love and serve the Lord the best we can. And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately. Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them. And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants. Luke 12:36-38 I thought I'd share some interesting things at the dent bent grocery that we didn't buy. There's a lot in those stores but we're very selective because we're stocked up and only have so much room. Here's a few and pieces of our day and some of the things we did buy. Thankful for safe travels and to see such awesome creation along the way. I hope the rest of your day goes well and Lord willing I'll be back again tomorrow.
Love in Christ, Sister Aman |
