Social Gospel Exposed

Greetings in the name of Christ, our Savior!
Praises to His holy name and let us rejoice that we are able to 'see' and 'hear'!

Matthew 13:13-17 
Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. [14] And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: [15] For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. [16] But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear. [17] For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them ; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

Those pictures above were taken when we were heading out to a Roman Catholic church to preach the gospel and call people to repentance and out of the dead man made religion.  (You can see that HERE and the fruit of the people that system produces.)  The RC has been a big participator of the social gospel movement, helping people with physical needs instead of giving them what they really need....the biblical GOSPEL which leads to eternal life. 
Of course they can't give it out because they don't preach it, live it or practice it, neither do all the other man made religious systems.  

Roman Catholic lies

See the Roman Catholic faith exposed HERE.  Just today I told a woman that the RC birthed the daughters of the whore (denominational religion) and she agreed.  You can see the lies of man made / denominational religion exposed HERE.

But anyway, I wanted to share this article with you from brother Tupos (click HERE) that exposes the social gospel and how damaging it can be.  It's a good thing to help people but not good if you don't give them the path to eternal life because Jesus said it here:

Mark 8:36 
For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?

We live out here on the streets and deal with all sorts of people from all aspects of life, including the beggars / homeless.  We know and understand them very well and we have written some encouragement and warnings about them, see some of those encounters HERE and HERE. 

It's good to want to help people but remember that without the gospel, those works are not done in the Lord, they are done in the flesh and won't do that person any good in the long run.  

Mark 8:38 
Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.

Yes, I have a lot of links in this post and that's because there is much to be taught and exposed in today's modern religion and if anyone reading this is deceived, maybe something will help them see and get on the path of truth.
