Sister Sharing...

​Good afternoon sister saints!
We've had a busy but good day witnessing, travel, ministry of the saints and Titus 2 works.This morning I was able to witness to a woman trucker, you can hear it here: https://www.dontperish.com/for-women/milk-money-and-the-gospel
Then as we were traveling we stopped to put a gospel card at a wayside (we try to do that with most we come across)...

Then once we got to our destination for the night, I was able to wash some clothes and fill our water tank back up. We all have many blessings in our days that we should be giving thanks for and also being obedient in our good works, living for Him.

Brother James posted about a man we knew who has turned away from the truth and and looks to be in the darkness based on the fruits of his life.

Hebrews 6:4-6
For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,  And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame. 

We have, over the years, seen MANY people come so close to the truth yet turn away and they are worse than they were before. I tell people on the streets all the time that God can take away your light you have and give it to someone else if you're not careful.

Matthew 25:28-30
Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents. For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.  And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

We know many people like that...maybe you know some as well. This should bring to light how real the spiritual battle is.

Ephesians 6:12
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

We see point blank in our faces every day out here and do our best to warn the brethren and those seeking, how serious it really is. That's what the body does for each other, or it should be anyway, looking after and warning one another. It's easy to go your own way when things are going good but what about when times get hard, will there be those who all of a sudden reach out to those they have known about....and it will be because of their own selfish flesh? Why haven't they done it all along?  Paul fought for the unity of the body but yet today we do see what Jesus said, coming true...

Matthew 24:12 
And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.​

I love encouraging my sisters to stand strong now and get ready because it's only going to get worse later. Are you doing everything you can to build that hedge of protection around you in the Word and through your obedience? Or are you just coasting along, enjoying this life, forgetting what's ahead? (Beware of what happened to the 5 foolish virgins, brother James did a teaching on that HERE.)

Last night was Halloween and of course, late into the night, people were out doing what they do, just like brother James and I did when we were of the world.  But there's hope because if people repent they can become new creations... the old is washed away (by the blood of Christ) and they can be set free to serve the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, the Almighty God and follow after the Savior of the World to have eternal life with Him!  See the gospel HERE that changes lives...like it did ours.

I did an audio the other day about Acts 5 and who will you obey (you can listen to it HERE), and hope it encouraged some of you sisters who have unbelieving or disobedient husbands.  I pray you all stand strong in holiness and obedience and let me know how I can encourage you along the way in that.  That road can be a hard one with a spouse right next to you and the influence they can have can be great but by the power of God you can stand strong for His glory. (Keep in mind there will be no husbands / wives in heaven.)

Hebrews 3:13 
But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.

As I type this, brother James is helping another brother through some issues and the question was...are you all in for Christ or not?  (Or something like that and below is the answer!)

Words like that mean there will be a cost...and us sisters know many of those costs don't we?  But the cost is nothing compared to Christ!

Philippians 3:8 
Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,

You might be as encouraged by this message from a sister, as I was.

And this...Praise God!

We don't deserve His goodness but let us walk as worthy of it as we can.
